Bad day

This week i do not know why so busy, usually this kind of situation only will happen when we doing closing for the drive but i feel that since our company got do the Uni Asia, my company like having a war haiz.

This 2 days really make me so headache and giddy because those thing like can't finish but i don't care also still back on time. Don't know is it too busy make me hot tempered and like going to kill ppl. On the moment that i busy, the most thing that hate is agent keep calling me and asking me this n that question. Sometime i really do not know how they get a insurance license, they be a agent more than 3 years but don't know everything at all and if they don't understand can they directly call to ING ask themselves seem that is a very small matter.

The other thing is 2day i received a call from HQ said that they stil not yet received the letter offer (original)but i sure that i already put on the tray and i do not know how the document will misplaced. I don't think i got make any mistake bcoz i sure i already did my job very well. Then i called to that agent and told her the whole situation, she thought she is the director keep giving an idea said we should do this n that, what is the right way bla bla bla and tell me that 'chloe, u thought be agent so easy ah this kind of small matter u all as an admin also can't handle it if like that better i bcome admin u guys bcone agent'. Helo aunty, u thought our work is easy ah, u know how to talk doesn't mean u know how to do paper work ok, if u really want to be admin i can let u try 1 day. In the end, i hold the hp far from my ears just ignore her duck voice and just answer oh, oh, yes, ok.

This case already settled then the other thing happen again. Last few week, 1 of the company had a pre budget talk seminar (RM20) so bcoz that time the company going to close their account for the seminar so me and my colleagues help those ppl pay advance and see whenever see their face just collect from them. Because those ppl not our associates, we scare that we can't collect back the money so in the end i sms that lawyer (my boss' lawyer) tell him that we going to close account and ask him bank in to my colleagues RM200. I wondering why he did not reply my msg until my boss intercom me then only i knew that he sent sms to my boss. My boss intercom me and said that the lawyer said why bcoz of RM200 chase him until like that, scare he don't wnat to pay ah. helo sir ah u owe ppl money sure want pay geh lah, impossible i help u to pay and give u listen a free seminar.Then i give my boss said me again, he asked me next time for those VIP ppl (just a normal lawyer, is it consider VIP?) don't want ask them to collect money. (if i don't want ask them to collect then how we get back our money) My boss really very weird. This amount RM200, maybe in a small amount or figures for those manager, director or lawyer but we just an employees, do they know that the RM200 we can spend it on many way and many thing?? Really not understand how he become lawyer, give me a bad impression.

Everytimes i tell my sister 东家不打，打西家loh, what so fan. Dislike this job mah change lah impossible u wnat me work a company for 5, 10, 20 years, i can say SORRY i can't make it.
